PDC is removed

I deleted the PDC from my network. SO, how can I remove
the domain in another WIN2K system, because this system is
BDC of that deleted domain.

e.g.
My BDC is abc.xyz.com

But I deleted this xyx.com, so how can I delete this abc
by running the DCPROMO or by any other method.

How did you go about deleting this DC?
Did you use DCPROMO and transfer the FSMO roles and Global Catalog?

AD does not have PDCs and BDCs, a child DC is not a DC in the parent domain,
The parent has a PDC emullator and the child domain has a PDC emulator.
These are not the same as a BDC in an NT4 domain, a BDC in an NT4 domain has
a read only copy of the PDC data. All DCs in an AD domain have a writable
database.
But I deleted this xyx.com, so how can I delete this abc
by running the DCPROMO or by any other method.

You can't remove the parent domain if it has a child domain, you have to
demote all the child DCs then demote the parent DCs.
