PDC crashed win2k AD

I need someone's assistance please PDC on our win2k AD
network crashed in a 250node network due to a power
outage. I have a 2 additional DC's one in the private and
the second in DMZ. I promoted the internal to be the
global Catalog server. Also I am running exchange 2000
backend and another one in the front end server. Here are
the problems

- I need to promote my internal DC to be the
Operations Master and it is already the GC server.
I have looked at the 283595 and 255504
articles. I am trying to make sure what needs to be done
on adsi edit to change the properties.
- my front-end exchange server is not seeing the new
GC and information store doesnot start.

How's you DNS doing? Maybe the PDC EMULATOR
DC was also your dynamic DNS server?

Just seize the 5 roles. NTDSUtil roles.

But realize you much not bring the original back online
(permanently) if you later fix it.
