pd3.exe is 'lost'

I occasionally receive an error message that Windows "Can't find pd3.exe"
Any ideas how I can recover pd3.exe

A search with google suggests pd3.exe is something to do with a camera
(Olympus). If this sound reasonable try uninstalling/re-installing the
camera software.
