Hi,
I have a spare 160GB hard drive. But no other slots are available on my pc
anymore. so can I add a PCI SATAI Card to my PC?

The statement at the bottom of your post is insensitive, of poor taste and
totally out of place here. Consequently, I have added you to my blocked

Yes, assuming the spare drive is a SATA drive. Otherwise you'll need
to purchase an IDE->SATA converter module (~$15).

What "slots" are you talking about. If you are talking about a position on
the SATA controller built into the computer but you have spare PCI card
slots available then YES you can install a PCI card to give you access to
more SATA drives. If you don't have any more PCI "slots" then how would you
install a new card unless you removed something else. An example of giving
the correct information in a question.......
