PCI resource conflict

At the DOS startup screen, I get a PCI resource conflict
message. After Win XP starts I get the Icon "new PCI
device found" but there are no drivers and I can not
cancel the install.
Can anyone help?
 
Take a look in ( rt click ) MyComputer>Properties>Hardware>Device
Manager. If there's a yellow mark
next to any of the System Devices then choose to uninstall them. Restart
and XP will attempt to reinstall.
