Hi,

I've got a poweredge 1800 and i'm looking to add a decent graphics card -
unfortunately no agp but i've got a pci-e 4 and a pci-e 8 slot.

Does anyone know of any graphics cards that'll work in a pci-e 8 slot?

Been looking for a couple of hours now with no success - only made me more
confused!

Thanks!

The only ones that are available are PCI-E x 16, which is designed as a
graphics slot to replace AGP and most boards only have one of these. your
poweredge being a server does not support this but could take a standard PCI
graphics card.
