PCI card preventing boot up

After installing a USB PCI card on an older PC with no USB ports the PC won't boot. It doesn't get as far as the beep, if I remove the card it boots OK.
I've tried the card in all the slots - same result, but it works OK in a different PC. Any ideas?

Incompatible with that MB ... ;)

Try another "chip" brand USB card. :thumb:
