It looks like a very effective way of separating the gullible from
their money. No single software product can really provide the level of
support claimed, and, as near as I can tell, it doesn't do much of
anything that one can't already do with WinXP's built-in tools.

You can have mine,
It's absolute rubbish, all the utilities on the cd are available on the
internet.
I paid for it and asked for a refund, most unhelpful customer service as you
would expect.

Alot of the utilities are also not for the feint hearted, alot of knowledge
is required to use most of them.
Put your money over the bar and have a pint instead, you will get more for
your money and enjoy it.

Again, knowledge is required but you get great support.
 
Additionally, just by looking at the design of the site doesn't give it
much credibility either.
Presentation goes a long way in establishing credibility and identity -
this one doesn't have much of either.
 
I don't know, that PCbeginner.com Automatically find CD Drive to install
Windows feature might come in handy if you have too many pints. ;-)

.... absolutely.. it is not a given that you will find the CD immediately..
there has to be an element of roaming around the room first.. :-)
