PC won't shut down

Hello Everyone,

My PC, Dell Precision 420, won't shut down completely.
Here's what I've done so far:
1) Upgraded BIOS
2) Checked all hardware for errors (through Device Manager
at My computer)
3) I'm able to boot and shut down normally in safe mode
4) In one diagnostic, I did get an error that one of the
fans might be bad.
5)Noticed 2 errors but I can't find any info on these.
This is from MANAGE at My Computer under System
Info/Components/Problem devices
Device PNP Device ID Error Code
A4S2 ROOT\LEGACY_A4S2\0000 22
A4SII300 ROOT\LEGACY_A4SII300\0000 22
6)Looked at the logs from normal boot and safe mode to
deteremine if any task was causing the problem
7) Shut down individual tasks (at task manager) to no
avail.
8) Made sure the registry was set to shut down at power
down.

Any suggestions?

These are good steps to take, and I would also check for an updated Video
BIOS and Video driver, as well as updated chipset drivers.
