PC turns on by itself

Something is wrong. When I click on " Turn off computer" sometimes it turns
off and sometimes it does'nt. I have to shut off my PC by pressing the power
button.Then I get up in the morning and notice the power light is on. Shut it
off again. Has this happened to anyone else?
