PC turns on By It Self when connected to a Phone Line ?

Hi,

When I shut down, my PC turns back on by It Self, unless
I pull the phone line Out ??? Any Ideas ??

If the computer is Off Driver Management or any other part of Windows
will not matter since Windows is not operating, this has to be the
BIOS.
 
Reboot to BIOS
Check motherboard/computer manual for details since they are all
different.
Look for something like "Wake on LAN" or "Wake on ring", usually under
"Power" tab.
Disable them.
