PC repair newsletters

I have the book Bigelow's Troubleshooting, Maintaining, and Repairing.
It mentions a newsletter called The PC Toolbox. Supposed to be able
to find information at www.dlspubs.com. Didn't find it. Anyone know
if this newsletter is still in existence?

Also, can you suggest any other hardware-related newsletters that are
helpful?
