I redid my whole system on xp but i continue to get a
blue screen that says its shutting me down because it
don't want to mess up my computer and i have to shut it
off manually, then upon turning it back on it goes
through the 100% thing recommended to come back on,says c
rrive checking files and fat 32, i'm in the middle of
doing something and it clicks and the blue screen comes
up again and i have a heck of a time getting it going
again, confused, please advise ? thankyou

We need the information that comes up on the blue screen, the name of the
error, all those numbers that start 0x... and if it mentions it, the name of
the driver causing the problem, thats a filename ending with a .SYS
extension.

The error codes should be saved in the system event log, but the name of the
driver is not.

To view the system eventlog,

start/run
eventvwr.msc

Click on system in left pane. Look for any entry in the right pane flagged
by a white cross on a red backgroung which is named "Save Dump" or "System
error". Double Click on it. You can copy/paste the error information by
using the copy button below the two arrow buttons and right click/paste in
the body of your reply text.
