PC not booting with Windows2000 server

Hi,
In My PC had Two Partition C & D i installed windows
2000 Pro In C drive & Windows 2000 Server in D drive.After
some i formated to C drive now the thing is i cant start
my PC with windows 2000 server also.Please Help Me.

Boot your PC with the Win2000 CD, select "repair" when
prompted, then select "repair boot environment".
