PC not booting up

My PC is not booting up and Power LED of my PC is not glowing when i
switch on my PC.
also No signal is coming to monitor ..I have tried everything I
know.Replugged RAm modules ,etc..
Please any geeks out there tell me what the problem is this?

Most likely the power supply has died.

It can be other things, particularly the motherboard might
have died, or even just the power switch has got disconnected.

I'd personally carefully connect the two pins that the power
switch connects to on the motherboard with a screwdriver,
but you do need to be careful when doing that.

Its cheaper to try a new power supply than a new
motherboard if the problem isnt with the power switch.

A failed power supply is the first thing that comes to mind.

You've turned on the master switch at the back of the machine, on the
power supply, right?

Have there been any recent thunderstorms or power failures where you
live? Have you ever added hardware to the machine beyond what it
originally came with?

If the o/p is in the UK, the first thing that comes to my mind is the fuse
in the mains plug has gone.

Carefully remove a small section of insulation on the green wire going
from the PS to the MB so you can see some bare wire. Short this
section of bare wire to the case (ground). This will turn on the PS.
The fans should run.

This bypasses the switch on the front panel.

If you have a voltmeter there should be free molex connectors to
determine if the PS is dead. This will not tell you if it produces
enough power.

If you want to attack the problem is a more logical and less
willy-nilly way, try the following:

0. Clear the CMOS RAM, then try turning on the computer.

Using a voltmeter,

1. Measure +5VSB at the motherboard ATX power connector (pin 9, purple
wire; ground reference is one of the black wires). It should be +5
volts +/- 5%.

2. Measure PS_ON# at the ATX power connector (pin 14, green wire)
while depressing the front panel power switch.

a. PS_ON# should go low (0 volt) when the power switch is depressed,
causing the power supply to turn on. If the power supply does not turn
on, either it's broken or there's a some kind of short on one of its
outputs.

b. If PS_ON# does not go low (0 volt) when the power switch is
depressed, look at the front panel header on the motherboard where the
power switch is connected. If PW_ON+ goes low when the power switch is
depressed while PS_ON# remains high, then something is wrong with the
motherboard power control circuitry.
