PC makes a wailing siren sound

after about 5 minutes of running some kind of computer game such as WoW my PC
starts to make a sound like a wailing siren and doesnt stop until i quit the
program. As soon as program is stopped the noise stops.

Ive tried using system restore to the previous days settings and this makes
no affect, anyone got any ideas ?
 
I also play WoW and my first computer made the wailing siren sound. I sent
it back to the manufacture 5 times with a three month wait each time. its
still not fixed. I suggest buying a new computer, however maybe someone else
can find another solution...i gave up after one year.
