PC & LAPTOP REPAIR??learner

HIYA.
Im interested in learning how to repair pc`s ,laptops ,as a hobby at first .maybe career later when get to know them more n figure which path to take.any 1 give me any info on best way to start?should i take a course n which1?or will books teach me the basics?not really bovered about any qualifications,like i say just looking into a hobby at mo.might even do it just for bit extra cash.any advise also for any electrical appliance repair

Firstly Laptops are not designed like PC's.

If you want a good book to learn about repairing Laptops then get Upgrading & Repairing Laptops by Scott Mueller.
He also does a book on Upgrading & Repairing PC's.:thumb:

If you want to get more training on PC's then try the CISCO IT Essentials 1 course run at most Adult Colleges.
This can also lead to CompTIA A+ which is a basic IT Techies course.
