PC keeps hanging, hav to off main power supply to restart it

Hi,

My PC keeps hanging. Went for servicing and they said it could be due to hard disk problem, have changed a new hard disk and same problem persists. Any idea what could be wrong? My drivers are all compatible, original software and has anti virus programs installed too.. Could it be the motherboard?
