pc keeps freezing

my pc is always freezing. i took it back to the person
who built it and said there was no problem. He used
software that pushed every componenet to the limit. He
says there's a problem in the mouse or keyboard. i
returned the keyboard and mouse and got new ones but it
still freezes. It mostly freezes when i try to copy Audio
Cd's using AHEAD NERO 6 ULTRA EDITION.
Please can someone tell me why its happening. It would be
a pleasure to get rid of the annoying problem. I lost 30
marks for my course due to the pc freezing.
P.S you can't even use ctrl,alt,del

Heat problems? Be sure all fans are working, and that the case vent
holes are in the clear.

Video problems? Update the driver - from the chip or card manufacturer's
WEBsite. If results are poor, ROLL BACK to the prior driver. If you are
unfamiliar with this process, it's best left to someone who is.

Use another burner program???

try reducing the RAM memory,can lock-up if it overspeeds

your machine.If you have two Ram cards,try taking one
out.I had this problem also,nobody could help
till.......reduced my RAM worked,all the experts said
that could be it ,but when I add the Extra RAM it keept
locking-up,had to unplug to get it to reset. Good luck.
