Pc Keeps crashing

Its been happening ever since the last windows update, the pc just switches
off by itself, on restarting it says that the pc has recoeverd from a serious
error. I manged to get the following error, hope some one can help me!

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

0*0000000A (0*8A1CBOO8, 0*000000002, O'S * 1 OV8051 EBBB)

Not that technical with stuff like this, but I dont know what else to try
to stop it from keep crashing.

Did you install optional updates, such as video drivers, perhaps? Your error
message frequently indicates a driver issue.
If you did install a driver, roll back to the previous version.
For more info, try posting in a newsgroup for your version of Windows, such
as:

microsoft.public.windowsxp.general

or

microsoft.public.windows.vista.general
