Per website(support.lexmark.com) must uninstall and add new software for vista. Was unable to unistall from control panel....call center(then open) walked me through the process of uninstalling a different way. I was advised how to install, etc. then disconnected. Call center is now closed and my screen reads PLEASE WAIT, thus uninstalling STILL. If anyone could hold my hand and get me through this I would forever be grateful....and able to print!
