PC gone slow after installing SPK 3 - can I remove?

Hi all

I have WXP-SPK3 - Intel core duo 2.13ghz processor - 2GB RAM.
A few weeks ago I downloded SPK3. Since then the computer is much slower.
Does anyone else have thsi problem?

Can uninstall it via Add/Remove programs or should I go back to the restore
point I set before this. Although the latter would be more of a problem as
having to update all actions since then etc.

Uninstall through Add/Remove then run disk cleanup and defrag in safe mode.
