pc frezzes up

plz can u help me everytime i go on online games my pc
locks up 4 about 30secs each time it does it any idea
wot i can do to stop it
 
Go into Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Event Viewer and click on
Application in the left panel. This will reveal the events in the right
pane, including errors which have happened. If you right-click on those
errors or warnings, and select Properties you'll be able to view a portion
of the error message which may help pinpoint the problem. Usually, with a
game, it is a driver issue - either graphics or sound - and you need to
update those from the manufacturer's web site.

Your system is most likely restarting as a result of a STOP error.
To stop this behavior and to analyse the error, try the steps in
this article: http://aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm

If the error indicates a file name that begins with ati, or nv (nVidia)
the most likely solution would be to install the latest drivers using
the instructions at: http://mvps.org/nibblesnbits/Video.html#drivers
