PC freezes while downloading

Hi,

My pc freezes at random times, most of the times it freezes while i'm
downloading a file. Is there a reason why it freezes? Is there a way to stop
this?

how are the temperatures for the computer.

might download install and run

speed fan

to se if you might be overheating.
