Help!
Can anyone tell me why my pc sometimes totally freezes when I get to the
'preview print' part of the PWW? I really mean 'total freeze' because
nothing works and I have to push the button to switch off.

When I restart, there's nothing in the Event Viewer to suggest I have a
problem. I've cleared cache etc. - but to no avail. I can print anything
else from any other program - so what am I doing wrong here?

Thanks!

Might be worth a try to reduce your Graphics
Hardware Acceleration. If an improvement is
realized...it's a strong indication that your video
driver needs to be updated.

John - As always, your answer is absolutely correct! After rooting around
last night I found my video driver is indeed 'out of date'.
I'm a tad embarrassed the answer was so obvious - sometimes I think we look
too deeply at a problem and skip over the more obvious solutions!
Many thanks again!
