PC does not show up under Network Neighborhood

I have a windows 2000 NTFS file system and cannot see my
computer under the domain. Do I have to enable file and
printer sharing or does that not need to be installed when
its on a NTFS system?


What should I do to enable my pc to show up in the
Microsoft Network window?
