PC crashes entirely at random?

Hey all. My PC is:

AMD Dual Core X2 6000 AM2 64
2Gb Corsair Memory DDR 800
Atrix 650Watt Transparent
8800GTS Nvidia DDR DVI 640MB
MSI K9N-Neo-F

The PC can crash after a few hours or after many but, chances are it will do
so several times a day. When I say "crash" I mean completely freeze up and
the last sound (if any) that was playing will loop).

I checked the temps and they are as follows:

System: 51
CPU: 46
AUX: 47
HD0: 37
HD1: 41
AMDK8: 37
GFX: 68

Which don't seem too bad (the GFX card is a GTS 8800 and the temps are
naturally quite high). So, it doesn't seem heat-related then.

Please note that these random freezes can happen at *any* time, whether
gaming, emailing or just sitting there doing nothing at all and so can be
quite difficult to pin down.

The last time it crashed it generated errors: 7023, 7000, 7009. What is
really strange, however, is that 2 hours earlier it generated the same
errors (according to error manager) but did not crash at all at that time!

I hope that someone can shed some light on this problem.

And did you try Googling the errors ? . ( Google gives a lot of info )

Yes I did! Suffice to say that I got 7000 and 7009 stopped but it still
crashes! I couldn't seem to stop 7023. But ... I now think it has nothing to
do with the crashes because I've looked closely at the error lists in the
manage section and they are showing up when the system starts. No errors are
shown up for when it freezes.

I only discovered this late last night but then my PC crashed

I have THE SAME problem. I think i managed to solve it BY disabling
DUALCORECENTER, the MSI's utility. Do you use it as whell?
