I have this problem which is forcing some of my programs to geek out. Today is Saturday January 10th, yet my PC clock says it's Saturday January 11th. I have no idea how it changed like that. If someone could tell me if there is a way to manually change things back to Saturday, January 10th please help me, thanks!

Double-click the clock on your task bar. It will open so you can change it
to suit.

Might I also add that it's not the year that's the problem, it says January 11th, 2003. I tried to syncronize the clock but it says I must have the correct date to do so.

You should be able to fix it all from the instructions I offered.

Well in 2003 Sat was Jan 11. But in 2004 it is Jan 10.

Try JAX's solution.
