hi,

I just got a laptop from best buy. Its toshiba and come with a integrted
webcam, but the web cam is not working. It says that it is locked by another
application, but i hvaent done anything. So what should i do.

Either call Toshiba for warranty support, or return what may be a
defective laptop to Best Buy.

I have the same problem sometimes it will work sometimes it wont. I dont
think its anything defective other then a usb problem in windows. If I remove
the driver or sometimes just a cold boot will fix it. But it allways goes
back to the locked by another aplication.
