PC Boots up by itself

I am a XP home user. I have this unusual problem. Whenever I make or receive a phone call, my pc boots up all by itself. I have recently had my motherboard, ram and power supply replaced. I have done a virus check which was clean, and the problem still persists. I have a dial up modem, maybe it is modem related? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Look for a "wake on modem" option in your bios
