PBM: Strange values when exporting AD conacts using CSVDE

Hi.

I've exported my contacts in Active Directory and I found strange values for
fields here and there. These values always start with an X and contain a
series of hex digits between single quotes. Does anybody know what this is?
And how do I retrieve the actual values that are displayed in Active
Directory?

A hint: all these fields contain accented characters.
