Hi all.
I have several AVI files that I can play in Windows Media Player 9 (directx
9 installed) on a W2K (SP3) machine. Those AVI files were created with a
digital camera.
First nothing appears in a presentation when I "Insert" > "Movie & sound" >
"From a video file...". I have to drag the file and drop it onto the
presentation to have it appear in a square.
But whatever the way I choose, I can get no more than a white window with
the following message: "Video unavailable, 'vids:mjpg' video decompressor
cannot be found". I can play it but there is only sound, no image.
If I open the same video file in WMP, it plays with sound & image. Can
someone tell me what's wrong?
Thanks in advance.
