Hi,
I have a DFS Domain replication set "automate" between 2 servers and the datas was right replicated.
Yesterday morning I've stopped the 1srt serveur to validate my applications on the second one and all was allright.
Yesterday afternoon I restart my second server, but after 1 hour the datas was not updated on the restarted server.
I can see the 2 servers on the DSF mmc, and they are "online" but nothing happend, and I've no error on my 2 server.
So, as i don't what is wrong, I've stopped (yesterday afternoon) my 1st server (not up to date).
Someone can help me ???

Thanks.
Eric MARTINI.

The File Replication service (FRS) is responsible for replicating your
files. I've cross posted this to microsoft.public.windows.server.dfs_frs.

You should check the File Replication Service event log on both of your
servers to see if there are any problems being reported. I also suggest you
install Ultrasound to monitor your replica and any future replicas you
create. It may be able to find the problem that is currently blocking
replication.

To get Ultrasound, go to http://www.microsoft.com/frs. Follow the link for
"FRS Troubleshooting and Monitoring." You should see the link for
Ultrasound there. Note you will need to follow the in the Ultrasound help
file (FRS Monitoring Help File) to install Ultrasound - it requires MSDE
(free) or a SQL database.

Note we have a chat coming up to discuss Ultrasound. Please join if you're
interested.

Please post FRS related questions to microsoft.public.windows.server.dfs_frs
and prefix the subject line with "FRS:" to make it easier to spot. Note
that FRS is used to replicate SYSVOL on domain controllers and DFS root and
link targets.

For additional FRS resources, please visit http://www.microsoft.com/frs.
