I designing a web site for computer technical support. I don't have my own
web server. I don't sell products. The customer would start to pay first.
Then if the problem is not solved yet, he will pay again, depending on the
number of steps required to solve his computer problem.
How can I do that ? do I need to use paypal ? if yes, which option of paypal ?

Papal has some new features that make it more like a normal credit card
merchant terminal so you can go "off the menu" a lot more than in the past.
Most important aspect of this will be to have the client sign off on your
payment schema up front and also sign off on subsequent payments you may hit
them for.
you won't need an actual signed hard copy but if you do this via email or
web form make sure you keep the replies/ results to prove your case should
you get called on the carpet over it.
