Payback on Wnidows Media with no sound

I have now managed to succesfully make my movie in Movie Maker. I have added
music and all plays well within Movie Maker.
However, when I save the movie and playback on Windows Media or Real Player
the sound has gone....
I have also tried to email this and get the same result.

Any ideas why?

You may have some incompatibility issues
