PAY TRIBUTE AGE OF EMPIRES 3 THE WAR CHIEFS

I just bought the Expansion pack and for some reason I can't out how to pay
tributes in this version. In the AOE 3 to pay tributes it was easy, it was
click the button on the left hand side of the screen and off you go, but now
that I have loaded the expansion pack I don't have that option - is there
anyone out there that can please help me please. Thank you.

Think you might get more answers if you post in an AOE newsgroup.
This one is dedicated to programming in the Microsoft DotNet environment...
