Are there any plans to have a "pay and download" -for upgrading to Vista
Ultimate- available to users in the EU (specifically the UK)?
 
windowsmarketplace.com offers Vista Upgrade and Full for download.

Who cares where you live - if you have your Productkey and the files you are
ready to go.

All you need is the american page let accept your cash,creditcard or
whatever system they have to pay for the DL.

We call it the internet. ;-)
 
Have in mind there are some setbacks on the download edition...

a post peviously talked about some of them....
