Ok, got Windows XP Home, and a 120 gig harddrive. It allows me to have 30 gig harddrive partition after I installed, why?, or most importantly, what can I do to get all 120 gigs useable?

If this was a new hard drive, it's likely that you formatted the drive with
the FAT32 file system during the XP installation. XP cannot format a FAT32
partition larger than 32GB. You will need to either reinstall XP and
reformat the drive as NTFS or reformat the drive using a Windows 98 boot
disk as one 120 GB partition in FAT32 before reinstalling XP.
