Path to Recycle Bin

My computer has been set-up with a separate partition for Windows XP Home
Edition ... supposedly to allow the re-installation of the operating system
without have to re-install all my applications if I get a virus. The windows
partition was assigned to C: drive. I have been able to re-assign the path to
all user 'My documents' folders to a separate data drive so the windows
partition doesn't fill up with data but I found last week that unemptied
Recycle Bin folders for each user on our system was also taking up a great
deal of space on the windows partition.

How is the path for a given user's Recycle Bin defined and can it be
re-assigned?
 
The Recycler folder is used only on NTFS formatted drives. It's a Hidden
folder.

%systemdrive%\RECYCLER
%systemdrive%\RECYCLER\Your SID # is YOUR Recycle Bin.

%systemdrive%\RECYCLER
With at least one folder
SID #
for every user on the machine.

If drive is formatted FAT32...
%systemdrive%\RECYCLED

[[Windows allocates one Recycle Bin for each partition or hard disk. If your
hard disk is partitioned, or if you have more than one hard disk in your
computer, you can specify a different size for each Recycle Bin.]]

[[To change the storage capacity of the Recycle Bin
1. On the desktop, right-click Recycle Bin, and then click Properties.
2. Move the slider to increase or decrease the amount of disk space that is
reserved for storing deleted items.

If you want to use different Recycle Bin settings for different drives,
click Configure drives independently, and then click the appropriate drive
tab to change the Recycle Bin settings for that drive.
If you want to use the same Recycle Bin settings for all drives, click Use
one setting for all drives. ]]

Thanks Wes,

I see there is one recycler path per user per drive. It turns out the large
build up of files in the c: drive recyle folders were from before I got my
family trained to use only the data drives. Now when they delete files from
their 'My Documents' folders they go to the data drive recycle bin. All's
well ... thanks again.
