path is not valid

i created a word document with text boxes and inserted pictures from my
files. i saved the document on my c drive as well as on a floppy. i printed
the document as well. when i attempted to open the document later i keep
getting the message
"the document name or path is not valid"

Where are you trying to open the document from? The floppy or the hard disk?
