Path and Filename

Not being a vba person, I need a very easy way to open a window and select a
file, then have the path and filename appear in a text box.

I don't have any idea whether you would think this is easy
or not, but it is the easiest, and, more importantly, the
best way to do that. The code is all done for you in this
