Patches for BCM?

Have any patches for BCM been released by Microsoft? I have so many
stability issues with this application. I have searched around and found
nothing yet - guess I am getting impatient due to the critical nature of my
data.

Not yet. I would expect it to be included in Service Pack 1 for Office 2003,
sometime in the not too distant future.
