Patch Report

Hello all, Im wondering what kind of software is out there that can give me a fairly acurate idea of what patches are on what PC's so i can give a monthly report to my boss. Also im not looking for something that is extremely expensive and microsoft baseline analyzer does not seem to meet my needs, does not seem to be very accurate. Any help would be appreaciated.

Thank You, Tried this out but not exactly what im looking for, im leaning
twoards a remote query program to give me a list of updates correlating with
PC's
