Patch NOT Found MS04-011 after installation

I have applied this patch on several Window 2000 (Server)
servers after I apply this hfnetcheck still reports that
this patch is missing.

Any ideas?

Run hfnetchk -v. If your message looks like this, then you're OK. There is
apparently a zero checksum either in the system catalog or in the
mssecure.xml file. This happens a lot. It is very annoying. The key is that
the file versions are equal.

Patch NOT Installed MS03-011 Q816093
File C:\WINNT\system32\javart.dll has an invalid checksum and its
file version [5.0.3810.0] is equal to what is expected [5.0.3810.0].

if you want a better, more authoritative answer, post your question to
shavlik.hfnetchk. (You have to connect to the nntp server news.shavlik.com
to do this.)
