Patch for KB902400 cause IIS Faild

Below error found in Event Log after installing KB902400 patch...

The server {3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1} did not register with DCOM
within the required timeout.

This will crash IIS asp page. Still not found the best workaround. I suggest
others webadmin not to install this patch if you're running IIS + MSSQL +
MSDTC. Wait for Microsoft response..

I was able to resolve this issue by adding permissions for IWAM_computer and
the ASPNET account to have read access to C:\Winnt\Registration - once I made
the change and restarted IIS, the applications worked again.
