Remove the update from Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
It will be listed as Internet Explorer 828750, highlight the entry and select
"remove" - you may be prompted for a restart.
If you wish to reinstall the patch, disable all anti-virus software and firewalls
and "junk-buster" applications you may have installed.
Go to:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp to re-obtain the update.
