You have a virus - need to run a virus scan .

I scaned with avast antivirus, boot scan and deleted all the virus that were
found, but then again after restarting that same message comes. Can u
specifically tell me which virus my system is affected with and which
antivirus or removal tool is required for it?
I tried quite a few options from internet but that problem is still there.

pls suggest.

If the message uses the grammar in the manner that it exists in the message
you posted here, then you can and should assume it is a virus or other
malicious software. Microsoft would never ever use grammar such as "May be
your system not full patch". Not ever. Never.

It is usually possible to recognize email that is phishing or something such
as that. Phishing attempts often claim to be a bank or something very
official such as that but the grammar is terrible so it should be obvious
that the message was not written by someone representing the bank or
whatever.

Bad grammar should be an instant proof that a message and everything
associated with it is not good.

If you search the internet using some of the words and codes in that message
you will likely get many results from other people saying it is not a good
thing.
