We resolved the issue we had earlier today with the
c0000021a BSOD.
Patch #835732 deals with remote code execution. It was
causing a conflict with the networking on the system.
We removed all of the patches and installed them one by
one to find the bad one.
The networking is through an Asus P4C800 Deluxe mobo with
networking onboard.
Not sure if this will help any of the other issues people
are having after patching but since they seem to be
network related, thought I would pass it on.

We had a similar issue. We had several NT4 systems that blue screened
with the c0000021a error. The systems would continue to blue screen
over and over. I used an NTFSDOS disk (or you could use the W2K
recovery console) to get into the file system and replaced the
ntoskrnl.exe file with the old version in the backup folder in
c:\winnt. This allowed our systems to boot and run normally.

Not certain what this did to system stability or to system
vulnerability, but the systems are operational.
