Hello, and help if possible. I've seen a couple messages here in this NG in
the last couple weeks where it appeared that a popup window had been pasted
into the message just below the text . I have a web accelerator that runs
about half the time. Called my ISP and they told me to just copy/paste the
popup error into a message and send it to them. I'm lost. I downloaded
Printkey, installed, and can copy/paste into Word, Paint etc. No luck
pasting into the OE message body. I am sure it can be done. Will/can someone
point me into the right direction. WinXP-SP1, OE v6.xxx. Thanks much. If off
topic to far, I'll run and hide.

When the pop-up window is visible, hold the Alt key down and press the
"Print Scrn" key once. That copies just the pop-up window. Then with a new
message open, and the cursor in the body section, do a "paste" (either from
the edit menu or with Ctrl+V) the image into the message.

Won't work that way.

Click once in the popup.
Press Alt-Prtscr.
Open Paint.
Click once in the empty picture.
Press Ctrl-V.
Save the image as a JPG file and attach it to and OE message.

The poster was not clear as to whether it was being sent as mail OR . . .
news?

IF it is going to a news group, the jpg (binary) may have to be sent by
yEnc; as TEXT news groups do NOT accept UUE binaries.
