Pasting Pictures in Protected Forms

I am developing a form which will include protected sections and unprotected sections. The unprotected sections are being provided in order to allow users of the form to use spell check and to paste pictures, charts, drawings, etc. The problem I am experiencing is the inability to do anything with the picture after it has been pasted in an unprotected section. It cannot be resized, repositioned, or even deleted. Is there any way to remedy this, or is there a better way to achieve the goal of being able to use spell check and paste pictures while protecting the rest of the docuemnt.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?Sm9zaA==?=,

The key is to make sure the picture is coming in with no text wrap formatting applied (inline with the text). Which version of Word are you dealing with?
